1. Descripcion del servicioService description
Rekon provee servicios de penetration testing (pruebas de penetracion) bajo contrato firmado con autorizacion explicita del propietario del sistema. Todos los engagements se ejecutan dentro del scope definido en el ROE (Rules of Engagement) firmado antes de iniciar.Rekon provides penetration testing services under a signed contract with explicit authorization from the system owner. All engagements are executed within the scope defined in the ROE (Rules of Engagement) signed before starting.
2. Autorizacion y scopeAuthorization and scope
No se ejecutan pruebas sin autorizacion escrita y firmada digitalmente. El scope define los sistemas, IPs, dominios, ventanas horarias y tecnicas autorizadas. Cualquier actividad fuera del scope esta prohibida.No tests are executed without written, digitally signed authorization. The scope defines systems, IPs, domains, time windows, and authorized techniques. Any activity outside scope is prohibited.
3. ConfidencialidadConfidentiality
Toda informacion obtenida durante un engagement es confidencial. Se firma NDA bilateral antes de iniciar. Los datos del engagement se destruyen a los 30 dias post-entrega del reporte, salvo acuerdo contrario por escrito.All information obtained during an engagement is confidential. A mutual NDA is signed before starting. Engagement data is destroyed 30 days after report delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitacion de responsabilidadLimitation of liability
La responsabilidad de Rekon esta limitada al valor del contrato del engagement. Rekon no es responsable por danos indirectos, perdida de datos o interrupcion del servicio que resulten de las pruebas autorizadas dentro del scope acordado.Rekon's liability is limited to the contract value of the engagement. Rekon is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption resulting from authorized tests within the agreed scope.
5. Ley aplicableApplicable law
Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes de la Republica Oriental del Uruguay. Las disputas internacionales se someten a arbitraje segun las reglas de la UNCITRAL.These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. International disputes are subject to arbitration under UNCITRAL rules.
